In the worm gear hobbing process, the technical team uses advanced gear hobbing machines, strictly follows the customer's customized parameters, and carefully cuts the tooth shape with high-precision hobs according to the principle of the development method to ensure the accuracy of the tooth shape and the smoothness of the meshing between the worm wheel and the worm. In terms of worm processing, the first step is to rough it out to accurately outline the worm profile and improve processing efficiency. Subsequently, a high-precision worm grinder is used to carry out grinding operations. The grinding wheel runs along the axial direction of the worm, and the tooth surface is finely polished to allow the worm to reach extremely high precision standards.
