Thrust angular contact ball bearings

Thrust angular contact ball bearings have a contact angle of around 60 degrees. Two-way thrust angular contact ball bearings, which are primarily used for precision machine tool spindles, are the most often used thrust angular contact ball bearings. They're usually utilized in tandem with double-row cylindrical roller bearings and can handle two-way shafts. It has the following benefits when loaded: high accuracy, good stiffness, minimal temperature increase, high speed, easy assembly and disassembly, and so on.

Deep groove ball bearing

A continuous groove raceway runs through each ring of a deep groove ball bearing, having a cross section roughly one-third of the circle of the ball's equatorial circumference. Deep groove ball bearings are mostly used to support radial loads, although they may also support axial loads in some cases. When a rolling bearing's radial clearance improves, it becomes an angular contact ball bearing with the ability to endure alternating axial loads in two directions. This bearing has a low friction coefficient, a high maximum speed, and great accuracy when compared to other types of bearings of the same size. When it comes to choosing models, people favor this bearing type. Deep groove ball bearings are straightforward to use and have a basic construction. They have the largest manufacturing batch and the most diverse variety of applications.

Thrust tapered roller bearings

Because the thrust tapered roller bearing's rolling components are tapered rollers, the washer's rolling generatrix and raceway generatrix are physically converged at a specific point on the bearing's axis, allowing the rolling surface to form pure rolling and have a high limit speed. For cylindrical roller thrust bearings. Features: Unidirectional axial load can be carried by thrust tapered roller bearings. The thrust tapered roller bearing's type code is 90000.

Crossed Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Crossed roller bearings are divided into two types: crossed cylindrical roller bearings and crossed tapered roller bearings. Crossed roller bearings have a long history of use in other countries, however they are new to China. It has only been in the public eye for a few years, but it has become extensively utilized owing to its uniqueness and excellence that no other bearing can equal.

Cross roller bearings' main feature :

1. The internal structure of the crossed roller bearing adopts the rollers in a 90° mutually perpendicular cross arrangement with excellent rotation accuracy (this is also the origin of the crossed roller bearing's name), or the emergency retainer between the rollers, the isolation block, can prevent the rollers from colliding. The propensity of the rollers, or friction between the rollers, efficiently prevents rotating damage from increasing. This type of recirculating roller bearing has been optimized and documented in a short period of time. Furthermore, there will be no roller contact or locking phenomena; at the same time, because the typical cross roller bearing's inner and outer rings are split, the gap may be altered even if it is applied. The prestress can also obtain the shaft's rotational movement.

2.Installation and operation have been simplified. The outer ring and inner ring of a conventional cross roller bearing are separated into two pieces. The rollers and cages are connected once they've been placed. The connection bolts and fastening flanges may be fine-tuned to suit the installation. Because the appropriate load condition has been achieved, installation and operation are quite straightforward.

3.Because the rollers are spaced perpendicular to each other on the 90° V-groove rolling surface, they can withstand enormous axial and radial stresses. The cross roller bearing's design allows it to handle significant loads in all directions, including radial, axial, and moment loads.

4. Significantly reduce the amount of space required for installation. The cross roller bearing's inner and outer rings have been downsized to the smallest possible size, notably the ultra-thin construction, which is near to the limit of tiny size and has high stiffness, making it ideal for joint components or rotating sections of industrial robots. The machining center's rotating table, the manipulator's rotating component, the precision rotating table, medical instruments, measurement instruments, IC production devices, and so on are all often used.
