9. Gleason spiral bevel gear pair
The tooth line on the shovel crown wheel is an arc bevel gear, we usually call it a spiral bevel gear. This kind of gear has high carrying capacity, stable transmission, long service life and low noise at the same time. The transmission power of helical bevel gears can reach a maximum of 1500kW.
10. Zorol bevel gear pair
This is a curved bevel gear whose midpoint helix angle is zero degrees. In addition to the advantages of spiral bevel gears, its axial force is small and the direction is similar to that of straight bevel gears during transmission. It can replace straight bevel gears without changing the supporting device to make the transmission more stable.
