There are several methods commonly used for rust prevention in the slewing bearing process:
A dip coated concentrated sodium nitrite solution
After washing the product, it was immersed in a solution containing 15%-20% sodium nitrite and 0.6% sodium carbonate, and then it was piled up. Using this method, the rust-proof period is short, generally only 7-14 days, and in the rainy season, because the sky is moist, it can only be maintained for 2-3 days and it needs to be reprocessed. It takes labor and money.
Dipping in anti-rust tank
The slewing ring was dipped in an aqueous solution of 5% sodium nitrite and 0.6% sodium carbonate, and the rust prevention effect was good. However, many anti-rust tanks and other equipment were required, which took up a lot of space, and the control was also unfavorable.
Three. Oiled
Apply anti-rust oil like a finished product. This method must be cleaned before performing the next process, which is troublesome.
The new rust-proof process method introduces:
Through joint research with relevant manufacturers, many years of production practices have shown that many improvements have been made to the antirust between processes, and the use of spray-type rust-prevention effects is better. The initial trial of roller rust prevention, the semi-finished products and finished products were flushed once every day with sodium nitrite aqueous solution. After 3 months, no rust was found in the random inspection results. Now the semi-finished product of the slewing ring bearing is sprayed with rust-proof, and the effect is also as good as that. The spray-spray rust-proof process is relatively simple and its method is as follows:
A. Process Method
Every morning, flush with an aqueous solution of sodium nitrite, the aqueous solution is sucked out of the pool by a water pump, passed through a rubber pipe to the shower head, and flushed the bearing ring of the rotary table like a shower. The washed water solution flows back to the pool from the backwater ditch. At the upper end of the backwater ditch, a fine filter screen is made of fine wire mesh and gauze to filter the textile dust into the pool. The intermediate library should be of good quality and clean.
The solution of the pool is tested once every 2 days and supplemented according to the laboratory results. The replacement period of the solution in the pool is changed according to different months. It is completely replaced every 2 weeks from April to September. It is changed every month from October to next March.
II. Equipment purchase and construction
According to how much semi-finished products are stored, an intermediate warehouse is set up with a concrete floor on the ground, and a walkway may be provided in the middle, which is about 1.5m in length, and is used to pass the trolley bearing ring. At the end of the channel, store an aqueous solution of sodium nitrite in water. The solution is formulated with 5%-10% sodium nitrite plus 0.6% sodium carbonate, and be used for the backwater ditch on the ground. The slewing bearing ring is then stacked on both sides. On the floor, there is a 0.6m walkway between the bearing rings of each turntable. It can be said that the intermediate library is designed to be about 64m2, and its sodium nitrite aqueous solution pool is 1m3.
