First, start. The following checks and preparations must be carried out before starting up:
1 After the new installation or maintenance, the ball mill without the test machine must rotate the machine 2 to 3 turns before starting to avoid collision accidents;
2 Check the assembly of fastening bolts, gears, couplings, reducers and other fastening parts of each part;
3 Check whether the lubrication device supplied by the mill to each lubrication point (such as main bearing, drive shaft, reducer and gear) is reliable, whether the oil quality, oil quantity, oil temperature, etc. meet the requirements;
4 Check whether the various electrical interlocking devices and audio signals are normal and easy to use;
5 Check that the equipment associated with the ball mill is normal;
6 Check that the safety protection device is complete.
Second, the operation. After feeding, the mill is in operation, and the operator must comply with the following regulations:
1 No feeding, ball mill can not run for a long time (generally can not exceed 15min), so as not to damage the liner and consume steel balls;
2 The operator should carefully adjust the amount of feed, the granularity of the discharge and the reasonable grading of the grinding body to ensure the output and quality of the product;
3 It is often ensured that there are sufficient and clean lubricating oils at each lubrication point. The temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 60 °C. The main bearing of the water-cooling device should ensure water supply;
4 Always check the wear of the inner liner of the mill. When the liner wears or breaks, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the simplified body.
Third, stop. Under normal circumstances, the relevant positions should be notified first.
The order of stopping should be to stop the feeder first. After stopping the feeding, the ball mill needs to be rotated for l0min~15min, so that the materials that have been fed are ground and then stopped, which is beneficial for the next start. In the event of a sudden accident, the feed must be stopped immediately and the power to the motor and other units must be cut off. When the ambient temperature of the equipment is lower than 0 °C, the cooling water in the bearing bush should be completely removed after shutdown to avoid cracking the bearing.
