The main pressing roller is made of high-strength ductile iron after integral casting, and the roller surface is fine-turned by a large horizontal lathe, and then ground to micron-level finish by a CNC grinder. The roller surface texture is laser engraved to form uniform trapezoidal teeth, which can more stably grasp sugarcane and reduce the loss of pressing efficiency caused by slipping. The pre-pressing roller is made of alloy forged steel, and the two ends of the shaft neck are processed by a CNC milling machine. The surface of the roller is plasma sprayed with a wear-resistant alloy layer, and the arc is trimmed with a special grinder, which can effectively crush the sugarcane fiber and pre-treat the subsequent main pressing process. The debonding roller is made of low-carbon alloy structural steel after forging, and the spiral convex ridges on the surface are milled by a five-axis machining center. The edges are rounded, and the shaft holes are processed by a CNC boring machine, which can further debond the pressed bagasse and improve the sugar recovery rate in the subsequent extraction process.
The cast steel frame of the pressing system is forged from high-quality carbon structural steel, and the connecting plane is precisely milled by a large gantry milling machine. With the bearing hole system processed by a boring machine, the overall rigidity is significantly improved compared to the traditional welded frame, and it can more stably bear the huge pressure of the pressing roller during operation;
The stainless steel filter press plate frame of the filtration section is made of food-grade 316L stainless steel. After water jet cutting, the sealing groove and diversion channel are processed by a CNC milling machine. The surface is electrolytically polished, which not only avoids the rust problem of traditional cast iron plate frames, but also reduces sugar juice residue;
The stirring shaft of the sugar boiling tank is made of duplex stainless steel forgings, and the center hole is processed by a deep hole drilling machine, and the matching surface is finely ground by an external cylindrical grinder. The mounting flange of the end stirring paddle is processed by a CNC lathe to ensure a smooth and efficient mixing process, which is suitable for sugar production lines with different production capacities.
