This customized large girth gear is a core transmission component of the ball mill. It has a diameter of 5 meters, a module of M25, and a net weight of 30 tons. It is forged from high-strength alloy steel and strengthened through tempering heat treatment. It is suitable for the heavy-duty, continuous operation of large mining ball mills in South America, requiring stringent precision in machining and structural strength.
As a backbone enterprise in Luoyang's heavy equipment manufacturing sector, Luoyang Yujie specializes in the customization of large non-standard mechanical parts. Currently, the rough machining and heat treatment of the gear ring have been completed, and milling on the floor-type boring machine is progressing smoothly. The technical team is monitoring the entire process, tracking machining parameters in real time to ensure product precision and quality.
