Basic introduction and characteristics of ball press machine
The ball press machine is mainly used for pressing powder materials that are difficult to form. It is characterized by large forming pressure, adjustable rotation speed of the host, and a spiral feeding device. Since 2002, after scientific research in relevant institutes in the metallurgical industry, a high-pressure powder ball press was used to press the powder out of the kiln into pellets for smelting.
Overview
The ball pressing machine is mainly used for the treatment of mineral tailings and suppresses powder materials that are difficult to form. It is characterized by large forming pressure, adjustable host rotation speed, and a screw feeding device.
It is transmitted to the reducer through the belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the driving shaft through the coupling, and then a pair of open gears to ensure that the two rollers are synchronized (constant speed reverse). So that the unit forming pressure of the material changes from small to large, and the forming pressure at the center of the pair of rollers reaches the maximum value. After the material passes the line, the forming pressure quickly decreases and the material enters the ball-off state, and the ball is smoothly ball-off.
This machine compares easily materials such as coke powder, iron oxide scale, dust removal, coal slime, various metallurgical powders, sponge iron carbon products and other materials with obvious effect and extraordinary effect.
Mainly used for: coal powder molding; dry powder molding; desulfurized gypsum molding; coke powder molding; iron filings and various metal ore powder molding.
basic introduction
The ball press machine is advanced in technology, reliable in quality, multi-purpose in one machine, and powerful in pressure. It is suitable for large, medium and small enterprises to establish production lines with a certain production scale. It is suitable for all kinds of forming of industrial gas making, boiler type, cold pressing type focus, ignition briquette, civil briquette, civil metallurgy, refractories, medicine and other materials. After years of industrial use and improvement, the powerful ball press machine has obvious advantages compared with other similar products. The ball press machine has high ball formation rate, low power consumption, compact structure and easy maintenance and debugging.
Features
The ball pressing machine is also called: powerful ball pressing machine, mineral powder ball pressing machine, roller ball pressing machine, goose egg forming machine and so on. The ball pressing machine is mainly used for making pellets of non-ferrous and ferrous metal ore powder, directly into the furnace for smelting, to increase the added value. All the scrap and auxiliary materials in the metallurgical industry need to be completed by the ball press. For example: dust ash, pond mud, scale, steel slag, iron fine powder, aluminum ash powder, silicomanganese ore powder, etc. A ball press is a device that presses powdery materials into balls. The application of the ball pressing machine is extremely wide. It can be used to form pellets or pellets for the following materials, such as aluminum shavings, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite, caustic soda, charcoal, clay, charcoal, coal, cryolite Fertilizers, plastics, limestone, pigments, urea, potash ... etc. Its purpose is to reduce dust, control bulk density, return to use, and improve transportation characteristics. The design of the production capacity is mainly used for the compression of dry powder into pellets in the Pijiang method magnesium smelting process.
Structural composition
The structure of the ball press consists of three parts: feeding part; transmission part; forming part.
1. The feeding part mainly realizes quantitative feeding to ensure that the material enters the pair of rollers evenly. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor and rotates through the pulley and worm reducer to force the pressed material into the main feed port. Due to the constant torque characteristics of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the amount of material of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the host, a constant feed pressure can be maintained to stabilize the pellet quality. If the feed volume is too large, the feeding device is electrically overloaded; if the feed volume is too small, no balls are formed. Therefore, skilled operation technique is an important condition to ensure the normal work of the ball.
2. The transmission part, the main transmission system is: motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roll. The main engine is powered by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, and is transmitted to the driving shaft through a pin coupling through a pulley and a cylindrical gear reducer. The active and passive shafts are operated synchronously through open gears. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. The hydraulic protection device is that the hydraulic pump drives the high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder to cause the axial displacement of the piston. The front joint of the piston rod bears on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.
3. The forming part mainly refers to the host part, and the core part is the roller. When there is too much feed between the two pressure rollers or into the metal block, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is overloaded, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator buffers the pressure change, the overflow valve opens to return oil, and the piston rod is displaced The gap between the pressing rollers is increased to allow hard objects to pass through the pressing rollers, and the system pressure returns to normal, which can protect the pressing rollers from damage.
The pressure density is required to adjust the pressure, and the production is flexible
