17. Cycloidal pinwheel planetary drive
The cycloidal pinwheel planetary drive is composed of a cycloidal gear pair with a few teeth difference, an eccentric element and an output mechanism. The single-stage transmission ratio is large, the structure is compact, the weight is light, the efficiency is high, and the service life is long. Its transmission power can reach 250kW.
It is mainly composed of flexible gears, rigid gears and wave generators. The transmission structure is simple, the transmission ratio is large, the number of parts used is small, the efficiency is high, and the overall size is small. There are relatively high requirements for the material, heat treatment and machining accuracy of the flexible gear, and its transmission power can reach 220kW.
