Introduction of installation and debugging of big and small gears in rotary kiln
The transmission part of the rotary kiln is composed of a Pinion Gear device, a gear cover, a large gear and other parts. The transmission bearings are on two double row spherical roller bearings, and the gears are spur gears.
Installation of the big gear:
Put the bottom gear cover in place initially, not fixed for the time being;
Clean the anti-rust oil on the processing surface of the gear, especially the split surface and simplified flange, the connecting surface of the inlet and outlet end covers, smooth the convex marks caused by scratches, and check the flatness with a steel ruler;
During the process of the half gear from lying down to standing up, the lower part must be put on dunnage, so as not to bruise the split surface;
Lift the half-gear and buckle it on the cylinder, put on the positioning bolts, the connecting bolts, and add the pre-tightening force. Rotate the cylinder, turn the half-gear mounted on the cylinder to the bottom, and then lift the other half, and put it on the cylinder as well, then close the two halves of the gear, and adjust it with the adjusting bolt on the big gear to align it. , until the radial runout and end face runout of the large gear meet the requirements of the drawing, and then tighten all the handle bolts evenly.
Rotary kiln large ring gear device: a large ring gear is fixed on the kiln barrel to transmit torque. The large ring gear is connected with the kiln barrel through the tangential spring plate. This connection structure makes the large ring gear hang on the kiln barrel, which can leave enough space for heat dissipation between the large ring gear and the kiln barrel, and can reduce the The influence of the bending deformation of the kiln cylinder on the meshing accuracy can also play the role of shock absorption and buffering, which is beneficial to prolong the life of the kiln lining.
Transmission type of transmission device: The transmission system adopts single transmission or double transmission, which is driven by one or two main transmission motors. The main transmission system consists of main motor, main reducer, pinion, auxiliary transmission equipment, etc. The power supply of auxiliary transmission equipment is a security power supply or its own generator, which is convenient for installation, maintenance, drying of refractory materials and the operation of the kiln when the main power supply is interrupted. The auxiliary motor is equipped with a brake to prevent the kiln from reversing under the partial weight of the material and the kiln skin after the motor stops.
