We recently undertook a batch order from a European client for the processing of conveyor roller shafts, and production is proceeding smoothly. The project is currently halfway to completion; the finished rollers have undergone precision machining and standardized assembly, with all specifications-including dimensions and geometric tolerances-verified to meet the client's technical requirements.
Comprehensive capacity planning was conducted prior to production. The workshop is well-equipped with machinery, and a rational production schedule was established with clearly defined milestones to ensure timely delivery. Precision machining processes are strictly implemented throughout production; rigorous inspections are carried out at every stage-from raw stock processing to final assembly-with key parameters such as coaxiality and surface finish meticulously verified to ensure consistent product quality. Processing of the remaining batches is continuing according to plan, with production and quality control proceeding in tandem.
As this is a key overseas machining project, our team remains committed to adhering to process standards, strictly controlling quality and scheduling, and ensuring the entire batch is delivered on time and to high standards, thereby upholding the trust of our overseas client.
