Recently, the CNC underfloor wheel lathe custom-manufactured by Luoyang Yujie has successfully completed all on-site installation procedures. The equipment has been fully positioned and passed assembly acceptance, officially entering the preparatory phase for power-on testing.
Prior to shipment, we coordinated closely with the client to conduct a technical briefing on on-site installation requirements. The client completed the foundation construction in strict accordance with our blueprints and arranged the necessary lifting equipment, thereby establishing a solid foundation for the equipment's arrival and installation. Upon arrival, our technical team-strictly adhering to industry standards and our company's installation protocols-systematically executed tasks such as hoisting, precise alignment, component assembly, and accuracy verification, completing the entire installation process efficiently and to a high standard. Moving forward, we will proceed with power-on commissioning and performance testing, striving to ensure the equipment enters operation as soon as possible and empowering the client's rail wheelset maintenance operations through superior equipment and professional service.
